This principle has guided my work for two decades across big tech and startups, navigating the space between leadership and hands-on roles, often as a player-coach.

My perspective is shaped by a life lived between the cultures of Iran, Germany, and Thailand. This serves as my foundation for adaptation and translation: bridging the gap between a brand’s identity and a product’s utility, moving from high-level strategy to the nitty-gritty of the craft.

I am at home in the 0–1 phase, building from scratch where the chaos is loudest. I find purpose in bringing order to that space, ensuring that what we ship is honest, functional, and necessary.
